The issue

DUE TO A PLASTIC WASHER INTERFERING WITH THE FRONT SEAT BELT ANCHOR BOLTS, THE ANCHOR BOLTS WERE NOT SUFFICIENTLY TORQUED. THE POSSIBILITY EXISTS OF THE ANCHOIR BOLTS LOOSENING ENOUGH TO BE STRIPPED OUT OF THEIR THREADED SEATS WHEN SUBJECTED TO THE FORCE OF A COLLISION.

Les boulons de retenue de la ceinture de sécurité avant n'ont pas été suffisamment serrés par suite d'un empêchement dû à une rondelle en plastique. Ces boulons peuvent se desserrer suffisamment pour être arrachés de leur siège fileté sous l'effet de l'effort lors d'une collision.
