The issue

UNDER CERTAIN CONDITIONS SUCH AS HIGH SPEED DRIVING IN HEAVY RAIN, THE WIPER BLADE COULD OVERSTROKE THE WINDSHIELD AND CATCH ON THE RADIO ANTENNA BRACKET, CAUSING DAMAGE TO THE WIPER PIVOT AND LOSS OF WIPER FUNCTION. THIS WOULD IMPAIR VISIBILITY IN INCLEMENT WEATHER AND INCREASE THE RISK OF A VEHICLE CRASH.

Description (français)

Sous certaines conditions, comme par exemple à grande vitesse et sous pluie battante, la lame de l'essuie-glace peut dépasser le pare-brise et accrocher le support de l'antenne, ce qui peut entaînement du bras. L'essuie-glace cesse alors de balayer, ce qui rend la visibilité impossible par mauvais temps et augmente les risques d'accident.
