The issue
IN COLD WEATHER AND DEEP SNOW CONDITIONS THERE IS A POSSIBILITY THAT ICE MAY FORM ON THE CARBURETOR THROTTLE SHAFTS. THIS MAY PREVENT THE ENGINE FROM RETURNING TO ITS NORMAL IDLE SPEED AND COULD RESULT IN PARTIAL LOSS OF CONTROL OF THE MACHINE BY THE OPERATOR.

Par temps froid et en neige profonde, il est possible que de la glace se forme sur les axes de la commande des gaz du carburateur. Cela peut empêcher le moteur de reprendre son ralenti normal, ce qui entraîne une perte partielle de maîtrise du véhicule.
