The issue
Certain vehicles were assembled with incorrect heat resistant covers on the wiring located above the exhaust system on the driver's side, an inadequate muffler heat shield and incorrectly positioned rear muffler hangars. These deficiencies can permit a fire to develop under the motorhome floor when the engine is working hard, possibly resulting in occupant injury. Correction: Wiring harness covers will be replaced, a new heat shield will be added and the muffler hangars will be inspected and repositioned.

Le pare-chaleur du faisceau de câbles au-dessus du circuit d'échappement du côté du conducteur et celui du silencieux sont inadéquats; par ailleurs, les supports arrière du silencieux sont mal placés. Si le moteur est fortement sollicité, ces défauts peuvent provoquer un début de feu sous le plancher du véhicule et les occupants risquent d'être blessés.
