The issue
ON VEHICLES WITH RIDER'S SEAT, THE SEAT BELT MOUNTING BOLTS LOCATED ON THE INBOARD SIDE OF THE RIDER'S SEAT MAY BR UNDERTORQUED. THIS COULD LEAD TO LOOSENING AND EVENTUAL SEPARATION OF THE BELT ASSEMBLY FROM THE MOUNTING BRACKET. IN THE EVENT OF A SUDDEN STOP THE SEAT BELT WOULD NOT ADEQUATELY RESTRAIN THE WEARER AND INJURY COULD RESULT. CORRECTION: BOLTS WILL BE INSPECTED FOR PROPER TORQUE AND RETORQUED WHERE NECESSARY.

Dans le cas des véhicules dotés d'un siège "Rider's Seat", les boulons de la fixation de la ceinture de sécurité du côté intérieur peuvent être insuffisamment serrés. Eventuellement, après desserrage des boulons, la ceinture pourrait se détacher de la fixation. En cas d'arrêt brusque, elle ne retiendrait pas correctement le chauffeur.
