The issue

THE SEAT BELT STALKS ON THESE VEHICLES MAY BE SUBJECT TO FAILURE DUE TO METAL FATIGUE. IN THE EVENT OF A COLLISION OR SUDDEN STOP THE SEAT BELTS MAY NOT ADEQUATELY RESTRAIN THE OCCUPANTS. CORRECTION: SEAT BELT STALKS WILL BE REPLACED.

Les poteaux de ceinture de sécurité peuvent se rompre sous l'effet de la fatigue du métal. En cas de collision ou d'arrêt soudain, les ceintures risquent de, ne pas bien retenir les passagers.
