The issue

THE FASTENERS THAT RETAIN THE BRAKE PEDAL TO THE PIVOT TUBE MAY NOT HAVE BEEN PROPERLY TORQUED. THIS COULD RESULT IN BRAKE PEDAL DETACHMENT AND POSSIBLE LOSS OF TRACTOR BRAKES. CORRECTION: THE BRAKE PEDAL CLAMP FASTENERS WILL BE REMOVED AND REINSTALLED WITH LOCKTITE AND TORQUED TO 10-20 FT/LBS.

La fixation de la pédale des freins sur sa biellette peut ne pas être suffisamment serrée. La pédale des freins risque de se détacher et entraîner la perte du freinage du véhicule tracteur.
