The issue
NOTE: VEHICLES LOCATED IN NOVA SCOTIA AND ONTARIO. THE TOTAL CAPACITY OF THE AIR BRAKE CHAMBER IS LESS THAN REQUIRED FOR COMPLIANCE WITH C.M.V.S.S 121 - AIR BRAKE SYSTEMS. THIS CONDITION COULD RESULT IN REDUCED BRAKING ABILITY IN A PANIC STOP SITUATION WITH RESULTING POSSIBILITY OF A VEHICLE CRASH. CORRECTION: ADDITIONAL 8 LITRE CAPACITY AIR RESERVOIR WILL BE INSTALLED.

La capacité totale du cylindre du circuit de freinage à air comprimé est inférieur à la limite établie dans la NSVAC 121 portant sur les circuits de freinage à air comprimé. Il pourrait en résulter une puissance de freinage réduite en situation d'arrêt d'urgence, d'où un risque d'accident.
