The issue
NOTE: UNITS INSTALLED ON BODIES AND FLAT RACKS IN ONTARIO. THE WELD MAY BREAK AWAY FROM THE INTERNAL HINGE PIN LOCKING PLATE ALLOWING THE PIN TO POSSIBLY SLIDE OUT OF POSITION. IF THIS OCCURS THERE IS A CHANCE OF THE BODY FALLING TO EITHER SIDE OR IF BOTH PINS COME OUT, FALLING TO THE REAR. THIS COULD RESULT IN SERIOUS INJURY TO ANYONE IN THE VICINITY OF THE FALLING DUMP BODY OR FLAT RACK. CORRECTION: A PLATE WILL BE WELDED TO THE OPPOSITE END OF THE HINGE PIN AND THE SUPPORT ANGLE.

Il y a risque que la soudure se détache complètement de la plaque de verrouillage interne de l'axe d'articulation et que cette dernière glisse hors de position. La benne au la plate-form peut tomber d'un côté ou vers l'arrière si les deux axes se délogent. Toute personne qui se trouve à proximité de la benne basculante ou de la plate-form risque alors d'être blessée grièvement.
