The issue

NOTE: POLICE SEDANS AND POLICE STATION WAGONS. THE 15" X 7" (CODE RDL) STEEL WHEELS ON THESE VEHICLES COULD FRACTURE AND BECOME SEPARATED FROM THE VEHICLE DUE TO WHEEL DISTORTION. IF WHEEL SEPARATION WERE TO OCCUR WHILE A VEHICLE WAS IN MOTION, STEERING AND BRAKING COULD BE AFFECTED AND A VEHICLE CRASH COULD OCCUR WITHOUT PRIOR WARNING. CORRECTION: REDESIGNED 15" X 7" STEEL WHEELS WILL BE INSTALLED.
