The issue
NOTE: VEHICLES FOR OFF ROAD USE ONLY. ONE OF THE TWO PINCH CLAMPS SECURING THE HANDLEBAR TO THE FRONT FORK ASSEMBLY UTILIZES A BOLT WHICH IS TOO SHORT. THIS CAN RESULT IN FRACTURE OF THE CLAMP AND ALLOW THE HANDLEBAR TO ROTATE AROUND ITS MOUNTING AXIS. THIS COULD CAUSE LOSS OF STEERING CONTROL AND A POSSIBLE CRASH. CORRECTION: PINCH CLAMP BOLTS WILL BE REPLACED WITH LONGER BOLTS. PINCH CLAMPS WILL BE REPLACED IF REQUIRED.

NOTA: Véhicules tous terrains seulement. Une des deux pinces qui retiennent le guidon à la fourche avant a été montée avec un boulon trop court. Il peut s'ensuivre que la pince se brise et que le guidon pivote sur son axe de montage. Le conducteur pourrait alors perdre le contrôle de son véhicule et être victime d'un accident. Correction: Les boulons des pinces actuels devront être remplacés par des plus longs. Les pinces devront être remplacées s'il y a lieu.
