The issue

THE HORN MAY IN SOME INSTANCES, WORK ONLY INTERMITTENTLY DUE TO INSUFFICIENT GROUND CONTACT. THIS CONDITION WOULD PREVENT A DRIVER FROM SOUNDING A WARNING BY USING THE HORN. CORRECTION: A GROUND CONTACT SPRING WILL BE INSTALLED TO ENHANCE THE GROUND CONNECTION:

Il se peut que, dans certaines circonstances, le klaxon ne fonctionne que par intermittence à cause d’une mauvaise mise à la masse. Un tel état de chose pourrait empêcher le conducteur de se servir de son klaxon en cas d’urgence. Correction: Un ressort devra être installé sur le contact de la mise à la masse pour améliorer la connexion.
