The issue
THE LATCH PLATE USED IN THE SEAT BELT BUCKLE MAY NOT HAVE BEEN MANUFACTURED ACCORDING TO THE DESIGN DIMENSION. THIS COULD RESULT IN PARTIAL ENGAGEMENT OF THE SEAT BELT BUCKLE AND COULD CAUSE THE SEAT BELT TONGUE TO COME OUT OF THE BUCKLE IN THE EVENT OF A CRASH OR SUDDEN STOP. CORRECTION: VEHICLES WILL BE INSPECTED AND BUCKLES WITH THE AFFECTED LOT NUMBER WILL BE REPLACED.

La plaque d’attache de la boucle des ceintures de sécurité n’aurait pas été fabriquée conformément aux dimensions de conception. Il se pourrait alors que la boucle ne se mette en prise que partiellement et que la langue sorte de la boucle en cas d’accident ou d’arrêt soudain. Correction: Les véhicules devront être inspectés et les boucles portant le numéro de lot visé devront être remplacées.
