The issue

Note: Korean manufactured aftermarket front lower ball joints made for 1986-90 Acura Legend (part # k9441) and 1986-89 Accord, 1983-91 Prelude, 1988-91 Civic/Crx, 1990-93 Integra (part # k9385). A design problem with these components has been the subject of field incidents involving premature wear and separation from the vehicle. This could result in loss of steering control and a possible crash. Correction: Defective ball joints will be replaced.

Nota : Vise les joints sphériques inférieurs avant de rechange de fabrication coréenne no K9441 pour les Acura Legend 1986-90 et no K9385 pour les Accord 1986-89, les Prelude 1983-91, les Civic/CRX 1988-91 et les Integra 1990-93. Un défaut de conception qui peut entraîner l’usure prématurée et la rupture de ces pièces a provoqué plusieurs incidents qui se sont traduits par des pertes de contrôle et des accidents. Correction : Les joints sphériques défectueux devront être remplacés.
