The issue
On certain vehicles, the stainless steel hose that links the oxygen cylinder to the manometer may rupture and explode when the cylinder is opened. This could result in a fire. Correction: Oxygen cylinder will be disconnected from the stainless steel hose and the manometer will be installed directly on the cylinder. Stainless steel hose will be cut to prevent further use.

Sur certains véhicules, il se peut que le tuyau en acier inoxydable qui relie la bouteille d’oxygène au manomètre se rompe et explose quand on ouvre la bouteille, ce qui risque de provoquer un incendie. Correction : On devra déposer le tuyau en acier inoxydable de la bouteille d’oxygène et brancher le manomètre directement sur la bouteille. Les tuyaux en acier inoxydable devront être découpés pour qu’on ne puisse pas les réutiliser.
