The issue
On certain travel trailers, the design incorporates all of the liquid storage tanks behind the axle, so that when the tanks are full and other materials are loaded in a behind the axle location, hitch weight is reduced. This would make the trailer difficult to tow at speeds in excess of 80 kph with the potential for a vehicle crash. Correction: Additional steel in the form of a ball will be inserted into the hitch and welded into place, increasing the hitch weight.

Sur certaines caravanes classique, tous les réservoirs de stockage des liquides se trouvent en arrière de l'essieu, ce qui signifie que lorsque tous ces réservoirs sont pleins et que d'autres charges sont placées derrière l'essieu dans la caravane, le poids sur l'attelage s'en trouve réduit. Comme la caravane devient alors difficile à remorquer au-dessus de 80 km/h, le véhicule risque donc d'avoir un accident. Correction : Un contrepoids sphérique en acier devra être soudé sur l'attelage pour en augmenter le poids.
