The issue

On certain motorcycles, the throttle twist grip may bind causing the throttle to stick or not return freely to a closed position due to metal to metal contact or debris between the throttle twist grip and the handlebar. Restricted throttle movement could result in loss of control, increasing the risk of a crash. Correction: Dealers will inspect and rework the throttle controls as required.

Sur certaines motocyclettes, la poignée des gaz pourrait se gripper, ce qui bloquerait l'alimentation en carburant ou l'empêcherait de se fermer (contact entre deux métaux ou débris situés entre la poignée des gaz et le guidon). Une restriction du déplacement de la poignée des gaz pourrait provoquer une perte de contrôle et un accident. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et, le cas échéant, réparer la commande des gaz.
