The issue
On certain snowmobiles, the steering shaft may not be adequately welded to the steering shaft arm. Failure of the weld could cause a loss of steering control and a crash. Correction: Dealers will install a steering shaft reinforcement kit.

Sur certaines motoneiges, l'arbre de direction pourrait ne pas être soudé adéquatement sur le bras d'arbre de direction. Si la soudure se brisait, le conducteur pourrait perdre le contrôle de la direction et avoir un accident. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront poser un ensemble de renfort d'arbre de direction.
