The issue
Certain motorcycles fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108, 120 & 123. The tail lamp is located too close to the rear turn signals. Rim size is not stamped onto the rims. The ignition switch is not marked. As well, the fuel control sequence and choke are not clearly identified. Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.

Certaines motocyclettes ne satisfont pas aux exigences des NSVAC 108, 120 et 123. Le feu de freinage est situé trop près des clignotants arrière. La taille des jantes n'est pas inscrite sur celles ci. L'interrupteur d'allumage n'est pas marqué. De plus, l'étrangleur et la séquence de commande du carburant ne sont pas clairement identifiés. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront effectuer les réparations.
