The issue
On certain child seats, when used in the forward facing position with the Safe-Stop load limiting device, the occupant can experience excursion that would exceed the required limit of 720 mm. As a result, the seat occupant may receive increased injury during a vehicle crash. Correction: The existing Safe-Stop should continue to be used until June 18, 2007 after which a replacement will be available through PJM.

Sur certains sièges pour enfants, lorsque ces sièges sont orientés vers l'avant et qu'ils sont équipés du dispositif de limitation de la charge Safe-Stop, le corps de l'occupant pourrait se déplacer d'une distance supérieure à la limite prescrite de 720 mm. En conséquence, l'occupant du siège pourrait être davantage blessé lors d'un accident. Correction : À déterminer.
