The issue
Certain ATVs were manufactured with an insufficient amount of material thickness in the area where the lower a-arm and ball-joint are attached to the front bearing carrier/spindle assembly. Failure of this component may lead to a loss of steering control resulting in a crash with serious personal injury to the operator. Correction: Dealers will replace the front bearing carrier assemblies.

Sur certains VTT, un matériau d'une épaisseur insuffisante a été utilisé dans la zone où le joint à rotule et le triangle de suspension inférieur sont fixés sur l'ensemble fusée/support de roulement avant. Si cette pièce faisait défaut, cela pourrait causer une perte de contrôle de la direction et un accident lors duquel le conducteur pourrait être gravement blessé. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer les supports de roulement avant.
