The issue

On certain folding camping trailers, the power lift roof system generates excessive torque when operated using the 30A power cord plugged into a 110V AC power source (non-battery operation). This could cause shear pin failure resulting in damage to the lift system. This could allow the roof to free-fall from the raised position, possibly causing personal injury and/or vehicle and property damage. Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.

Sur certaines tentes roulottes, le système de déploiement électrique du toit produit un couple excessif lorsqu'utilisé avec le cordon d'alimentation de 30 A branché dans une source d'alimentation c.a. de 110 V (fonctionnement sans batterie). Dans un tel cas, la goupille de cisaillement pourrait faire défaut, ce qui endommagerait le système de déploiement, pourrait permettre au toit de s'effondrer et, possiblement, blesserait quelqu'un ou endommagerait des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront effectuer les réparations nécessaires.
