The issue

On certain vehicles, the windshield may not be properly bonded to the vehicle body due to the omission of either primer or activator during windshield installation process. If the windshield is not properly secured to the vehicle body, it may separate from the vehicle during a collision, resulting in ejection of unbelted occupants, potentially causing injury or death. Correction: Dealers re-install the windshield.

Sur certains véhicules, le pare brise pourrait ne pas être adéquatement fixé sur la carrosserie du véhicule à cause de l'omission d'apprêt ou d'activateur pendant la pose du pare brise. Si le pare brise n'était pas bien fixé sur la carrosserie, il pourrait se détacher du véhicule lors d'une collision, ce qui éjecterait les occupants ne portant pas leur ceinture de sécurité et pourrait blesser quelqu'un ou entraîner des pertes de vie. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront reposer le pare brise.
