The issue
On certain vehicles, if water enters the windshield wiper motor breather port, which is designed to allow the motor to vent warm air during normal operation, it can result in corrosion inside the motor housing. This could cause the windshield wiper motor to become inoperative, which could result in a vehicle crash causing personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will affect repairs.

Sur certains véhicules, si de l'eau pénétrait par l'orifice d'aération de moteur d'essuie glace, qui est conçu pour permettre au moteur d'évacuer l'air chaud pendant le fonctionnement normal du moteur, de la corrosion pourrait se former à l'intérieur du carter du moteur et faire en sorte que le moteur d'essuie glace cesse de fonctionner, ce qui pourrait causer un accident, blesser quelqu'un ou entraîner des pertes de vie. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront effectuer les réparations nécessaires.
