The issue
On certain Rhino side-by-side off-road vehicles, the brake caliper on the left front wheel may have been machined incorrectly, preventing the union joint (a.k.a. banjo joint) bolt from sealing properly against the caliper. This condition could result in a brake fluid leak and reduced braking ability, causing a loss of control and a vehicle crash with injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if needed, replace the caliper assembly.

Sur certains véhicules côte à côte Rhino, l'étrier de frein de la roue avant gauche pourrait avoir été usiné de façon incorrecte, ce qui empêcherait le boulon de type banjo de former un joint étanche contre l'étrier. Ce problème pourrait causer une fuite de liquide de freinage et diminuer la capacité de freinage, ce qui pourrait causer une perte de contrôle et un accident avec blessés ou pertes de vie. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et, le cas échéant, remplacer l'étrier.
