The issue
On certain vehicles, an incorrectly manufactured brake master cylinder may allow brake fluid to slowly leak into the brake booster assembly. Brake fluid leakage could ultimately result in a reduction of braking capability, which could increase the vehicle's stopping distance and cause a crash with personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if required, replace the brake master cylinder assembly.

Sur certains véhicules, un maître cylindre mal fabriqué pourrait permettre à du liquide de frein de fuir lentement dans le servofrein. Une fuite de liquide de frein pourrait finir par diminuer la capacité de freinage, ce qui pourrait augmenter les distances de freinage du véhicule et causer un accident avec blessés ou pertes de vie. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et, le cas échéant, remplacer le maître cylindre.
