The issue

On certain buses, fasteners used to secure electrical connectors on the roof mounted air conditioner control panel may not have received adequately tightening torque during vehicle assembly, and/or there may be a frayed wire at the connection point. Incorrect connections can overheat, potentially resulting in a vehicle fire causing property damage, personal injury, or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, tighten the electrical connections.

Sur certains autobus, des dispositifs de fixation utilisés pour fixer des raccords électriques sur le panneau de commande du climatiseur fixé sur le toit pourraient ne pas avoir être serrés adéquatement lors du montage du véhicule ou il pourrait y avoir un fil effiloché au point de raccordement. Des raccords incorrects pourraient surchauffer, ce qui pourrait incendier le véhicule, endommager des biens matériels, blesser quelqu'un ou entraîner des pertes de vie. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et, le cas échéant, serrer les raccords électriques.
