The issue

On certain vehicles, the centrally-located tailpipe extension protrudes slightly beyond the rear bumper. As a consequence, it is possible for inadvertent contact with a person's leg. It the tailpipe is hot during contact, a burn could occur. Correction: Dealers will replace the tailpipe extension with a new, shortened version.

Sur certains véhicules, la rallonge centrale de tuyau d'échappement dépasse légèrement le pare-chocs arrière. En conséquence, il est possible que les jambes de quelqu'un entrent en contact avec cette rallonge. Si le tuyau d'échappement était chaud au moment du contact, la personne qui y touche pourrait subir des brûlures. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer la rallonge du tuyau d'échappement par une rallonge nouvelle et raccourcie.
