The issue
On certain livestock trailers, the gate which divides the interior space into smaller compartments can fail to latch correctly. This could allow the gate to swing open unexpectedly, which may result in personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, correct the gate latch assembly.

Sur certains remorques de transport d'animaux, la barrière qui divise l'espace intérieur en plus petits compartiments pourrait ne pas se verrouiller correctement et s'ouvrir subitement, ce qui pourrait blesser quelqu'un ou entraîner des pertes de vies. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et, le cas échéant, corriger le loquet de la barrière.
