The issue
On certain scooters, the coupling that connects the carburetor with the intake manifold may become loose and separate. This could cause the engine to stall, thereby resulting in a loss of propulsion which, in conjunction with traffic and road conditions, and the rider's reactions, could increase the risk of a crash causing personal injury or death. Correction: Dealers will replace the coupling with an updated version.

Sur certains scooters, le raccord qui fixe le carburateur au collecteur d'admission pourrait se desserrer et se détacher. Cela pourrait faire caler le moteur, ce qui entraînerait une perte de propulsion qui, en conjonction avec la densité de la circulation, l'état de la route et les réactions du conducteur, pourrait augmenter le risque qu'il se produise un accident, blesser quelqu'un ou entraîner des pertes de vies.
