The issue
Certain motorcycles fail to comply with the requirements of CMVSS 108 - Lighting System and Retroreflective Devices. The headlight lens does not have the DOT marking required by the Standard. Correction: As the lamp meets all the photometric and environmental requirements of the Standard, and thereby does not pose any risk to safety, no corrective action will be taken.

Certaines motocyclettes ne satisfont pas aux exigences de la NSVAC 108 - Système d'éclairage et dispositifs rétroréfléchissants. La lentille de phare ne porte pas l'inscription DOT qui est requise par la norme. Correction : Comme le phare respecte toutes les exigences photométriques et environnementales de la norme, et, donc, ne pose aucun risque pour la sécurité, aucune mesure correctrice ne sera prise.
