The issue
On certain car seats, the adhesive used by the manufacturer to hold the National Safety Mark (NSM) label permanently in place as required by the Motor Vehicle Restraint Systems and Booster Cushions Safety Regulations was not sufficient. There is no identified safety risk, the product is compliant. Correction: The manufacturer will provide new NSM label and full instructions as to the location it should be affixed.

Sur certains sièges pour enfants, le fabricant n'a pas utilisé suffisamment d'adhésif pour maintenir la marque nationale de sécurité en place de façon permanente comme prévu par le Règlement sur la sécurité des ensembles de retenue et des coussins d'appoint (véhicules automobiles). Aucun risque pour la sécurité n'a été identifié; le produit est conforme. Correction : Le fabricant devra fournir une nouvelle marque nationale de sécurité et des renseignements complets concernant l'endroit où elle devrait être fixée.
