The issue

On certain vehicles, the windshield wiper motor may contain excessive adhesive that may also experience water ingestion which could result in intermittent and eventual inoperative windshield wipers. A loss of windshield wipers could increase the risk of a crash. Correction: Dealers will replace the windshield wiper motor.

Certains véhicules pourraient comporter des moteurs d'essuie-glace contenant une quantité excessive d'adhésif qui pourrait aussi absorber de l'eau, ce qui pourrait entraîner un fonctionnement intermittent des essuie-glaces et, éventuellement, un non fonctionnement de ceux-ci. Une perte des essuie­glaces pourrait augmenter les risques d'accident. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer les moteurs d'essuie-glace.
