The issue

On certain vehicles, the safety latch (designed to keep the hood open during servicing) may fail allowing the hood to close unexpectedly, which could cause injury to someone working in the engine compartment. Correction: Dealers will replace the dual latch magnets with a improved single magnet.

Sur certains véhicules, le loquet de sûreté (conçu pour garder le capot ouvert pendant l'entretien) pourrait faire défaut et permettre au capot de se fermer subitement, ce qui pourrait blesser quelqu'un en train de travailler dans le compartiment du moteur. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer les aimants de loquet doubles par un aimant simple amélioré.
