The issue
On certain vehicles customized/stretched into a limousine, a modified fuel rail shield was omitted, and a ground tab failed to be removed, during vehicle conversion. Without the modified shield underhood fuel lines may rupture during a vehicle crash. Fuel leakage, in the presence of an ignition source, could result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Executive Coach will supply vehicle owners with an upgraded fuel rail shield, along with instructions for proper installation.

Sur certains véhicules personnalisés/allongés pour en faire une limousine, un bouclier de rampe d'alimentation en carburant modifié n'a pas été posé, et un dispositif de mise à la masse n'a pas été enlevé, pendant la conversion du véhicule. Sans le bouclier modifié, les canalisations de transport de carburant sous le capot pourraient se briser lors d'un accident. Une fuite de carburant, en présence d'une source d'inflammation, pourrait provoquer un incendie, endommager des biens matériels ou blesser quelqu'un. Correction : Executive Coach devra fournir aux propriétaires des véhicules visés un bouclier de rampe d'alimentation en carburant mis à niveau, ainsi que les instructions permettant de le poser adéquatement.
