The issue

On certain dump trailers, a fitting on the hydraulic cylinder may fail, which could allow the dump bed to fall from the raised position if the safety lock isn't engaged. This could cause injury to the dump bed operator, as well as anyone in the immediate vicinity. Correction: Dealers will replace the hydraulic fitting.

Sur certaines remorques à benne basculante, un raccord de tuyauterie sur le cylindre hydraulique pourrait faire défaut, ce qui pourrait permettre au plateau basculant de tomber lorsque soulevé si le verrou de sûreté n'est pas enclenché. Cela pourrait blesser la personne qui actionne le plateau basculant et toute personne se trouvant à proximité. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer le raccord de tuyauterie hydraulique.
