The issue

On certain tires, the Tire Identification Number (TIN) information displayed on the intended outboard sidewall is incorrect. Two symbols that identify the manufacturer and the two symbols that identify the tire size have been swapped in location with the Load Index / Speed Symbol information. Correction: No corrective recall action is required as the technical non-compliance is deemed to be non-safety related.

Sur certains pneus, le numéro d'identification de pneu inscrit sur le flanc extérieur voulu est incorrect. Deux symboles qui identifient le fabricant et les deux symboles qui identifient la taille du pneu ont été intervertis avec l'index de charge/symbole de vitesse. Correction : Aucune mesure correctrice n'est nécessaire, car la non­conformité technique n'est pas jugée liée à la sécurité.
