The issue
On certain toy hauler trailers, the auxiliary fuel tank is mounted higher than the filler point. This may not allow the fuel tank to be filled properly and could result in a fuel spill. Fuel spilt in the presence of an ignition source could result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the fuel tank mounting brackets to lower the fuel tank position in the vehicle.

Sur certains véhicules récréatifs utilitaires sport, le réservoir à carburant auxiliaire est fixé plus haut que le point de remplissage. Cela pourrait empêcher d'emplir le réservoir adéquatement et causer un déversement de carburant. Du carburant déversé en présence d'une source d'inflammation pourrait causer un incendie, endommager des biens matériels ou blesser quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer les supports de fixation du réservoir à carburant pour abaisser le réservoir.
