The issue
On certain Ranger 400 SxS vehicles, the throttle cable may have been manufactured without an inner liner, which could prevent the throttle from opening and closing normally. This could result in a loss of vehicle propulsion, or make it difficult to slow or stop the vehicle. Either issue could increase the risk of a crash causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect and, if necessary, replace the throttle cable.

Sur certains Ranger 400 SxS, le câble de l'accélérateur pourrait avoir été fabriqué sans revêtement intérieur, ce qui pourrait empêcher le papillon des gaz de s'ouvrir et de se fermer normalement. Cela pourrait causer une perte de propulsion du véhicule ou rendre difficile le ralentissement ou l'arrêt. Les deux problèmes pourraient augmenter le risque d'un accident endommageant des biens matériels ou blessant quelqu'un.
