The issue
On certain truck-mounted digger derricks, the auger extension shaft may have been manufactured incorrectly and could fail. This could allow the extension shaft to separate from the hub, which could result in property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Owners should contact Altec at 1-877-462-5832 for further information and to obtain a repair kit.

Sur certaines tarières télescopiques articulées fixées sur un camion, il se peut que l'arbre d'extension de la tarière ait été incorrectement fabriqué et qu'il fasse défaut. L'arbre d'extension pourrait alors se décoller du moyeu et causer des dommages aux biens et/ou des blessures corporelles. Correction : Les propriétaires doivent contacter Altec au 1-877-462-5832 afin d'obtenir de plus amples informations et une trousse de réparation.
