The issue
On certain side-by-side ATVs, the fuel line connectors in the engine compartment may not have been properly connected. If the connectors were to separate, the engine would stall and fuel would be sprayed in the engine compartment. Fuel could also continue to be sprayed while attempts are made at re-starting the engine. Fuel leakage could result in a fire causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will inspect the fuel line connectors.

Sur certains VTT côte-à-côte, les raccords de canalisation de transport de carburant dans le compartiment du moteur pourraient ne pas avoir été adéquatement branchés. S'ils se détachaient, le moteur calerait et du carburant serait pulvérisé dans le compartiment du moteur. Du carburant pourrait aussi continuer à être pulvérisé pendant que l'on tente de redémarrer le moteur. Une fuite de carburant pourrait causer un incendie endommageant des biens matériels ou blessant quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter les raccords de canalisation de transport de carburant.
