The issue
On certain fire trucks, the rod end casting on the aerial device hydraulic lift cylinder may have been manufactured incorrectly and could fail. This could allow the boom to fall, causing property damage and/or personal injury. Correction: Dealers will replace the hydraulic cylinders.

Sur certains camions de pompier, l'embout de la tige du vérin de levage hydraulique du dispositif aérien pourrait avoir été fabriquée incorrectement et pourrait faire défaut. Il se pourrait alors que la flèche tombe et qu'elle cause des dommages matériels ou qu'elle blesse quelqu'un. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer les vérins hydrauliques.
