The issue

On certain vehicles, the steering shaft lower bracket may have been welded incorrectly during the manufacturing process. As a result, the steering shaft may not perform as intended during a crash, which could increase the risk of personal injury to the driver. Correction: Dealers will replace the steering shaft assembly.

Sur certains véhicules, le support inférieur de l'arbre de direction pourrait avoir été soudé incorrectement au cours du procédé de fabrication. Par conséquent, l'arbre de direction peut ne pas fonctionner comme prévu en cas de collision, ce qui pourrait augmenter le risque de blessures au conducteur. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer l'ensemble de l'arbre de direction.
