The issue

On certain vehicles, lower sill bolts may have been insufficiently tightened or may be missing. If bolts are missing, vehicle rear impact performance may be affected which could increase the risk of injury in a crash. Correction: Dealers will inspect and tighten or replace bolts as necessary.

Sur certains véhicules, des boulons de seuil de type inférieur pourraient avoir été mal serrés ou être absents. Si des boulons étaient absents, le rendement du véhicule en cas d'impact à l'arrière pourrait être inférieur, ce qui pourrait augmenter les risques de blessures en cas d'accident. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter et serrer ou remplacer les boulons au besoin.
