The issue
On certain vehicles, the amount of overhang on the interior step could cause the step to break under high stress circumstances. A step that fractures during use may cause a person to fall, leading to an increased risk of injury. Correction: Dealers will install a brace kit for the step.

Sur certains véhicules, l'ampleur de la saillie de la marche intérieure pourrait faire en sorte que la marche se brise si elle était soumise à une contrainte importante. Une marche qui se briserait pendant qu'on l'utilise pourrait causer la chute d'une personne, ce qui augmente les risques de blessures. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront poser un support pour la marche.
