The issue

On certain trailers equipped with SAF-Holland CBX Series Suspensions, the suspension assembly pivot bolts, which join the suspension tower and trailing arm assemblies, could fail. This could result in the pivot bolt head separating from the pivot bolt body, potentially causing the suspension tower and trailing arm assemblies to disassemble during trailer operations, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will replace the pivot bolts.

Sur certaines remorques à suspension de série SAF­Holland CBX, les boulons de pivotement des bras de suspension pourraient se briser. Cela pourrait avoir une incidence sur l'alignement d'essieu et résulter en une défaillance de la suspension, ce qui pourrait augmenter les risques d'un accident blessant quelqu'un ou endommageant des biens matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront remplacer les boulons de pivotement.
