The issue

Certain vehicles may not comply with the requirements of Canada Motor Vehicle Safety Standard 101 - Controls and Displays. The instrument cluster may not display safety warning lamps when the ignition key is first turned on, contrary to the requirements of the standard. Correction: Dealers will reprogram the instrument cluster.

Certains véhicules pourraient ne pas satisfaire aux exigences de la NSVAC 101 – Contrôles et affichages. Les voyants d'avertissement du groupe d'instruments pourraient ne pas s'afficher lorsque la clé de contact est tournée à la position de marche (ON), ce qui va à l'encontre des exigences de cette norme. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront reprogrammer le groupe d'instruments.
