The issue

On certain vehicles, the backrest of the manual reclining second row seat system may not latch properly. If this occurs, the seat belt may not correctly restrain the occupant which could increase the risk of injury in the event of a crash. Correction: Dealers will inspect and replace the latching mechanism as necessary.

Sur certains véhicules, le dossier du siège à inclinaison manuelle de la deuxième rangée pourrait ne pas se verrouiller en place correctement. Si cela se produit, la ceinture de sécurité pourrait ne pas bien retenir l'occupant, ce qui pourrait augmenter les risques de blessures en cas d'accident. Correction : Les concessionnaires devront inspecter le mécanisme de verrouillage et le remplacer au besoin.
