The issue

On certain vehicles, the aerial device water way trolley could separate from the ladder. If this were to occur, the trolley could become disconnected from the ladder and fall, increasing the risk of injury to nearby bystanders. Correction: Dealers will install re-enforcement inserts to the side clamps of the water way trolley.

Sur certains véhicules, le chariot d'acheminement de l'eau aérien pourrait se séparer de l'échelle. Si tel était le cas, le chariot d'acheminement de l'eau pourrait se détacher de l'échelle et tomber, ce qui augmenterait les risques de blessures aux personnes se tenant à proximité. Correction : Les concessionnaires doivent installer des garnitures de renforcement sur les brides de fixation du chariot d'acheminement.
