The issue
On certain travel trailers, the breakaway switch may not have been wired correctly. If the trailer was to disconnect from the towed vehicle during transit, the fifth wheel brakes would not be automatically applied, which could increase the risk of a crash causing injury and/or damage to property. Correction: Dealers will correct the wiring.

L'interrupteur de rupture de certaines caravanes pourrait ne pas avoir été filé correctement. Si la caravane se détachait du véhicule remorqué sur la route, les freins de la caravane ne pourraient pas être serrés immédiatement ce qui pourrait augmenter les risques de collision causant des blessures et/ou des dommages matériels. Correction : Les concessionnaires doivent corriger le câblage.
